The Group Company MAK Hotels & Resorts has plans to build and operate Business Hotels with an inventory of 2000 rooms in Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mysore, Nagpur, Pune, Mumbai, Vizag and Kolkata. The company has already acquired the required land in the above cities for the hotel project.

MAK Hotels will also operate and manage hotels on a franchise model across the country. MAK Hotels has undertaken project management consultancy for a 250 room 5 Star Deluxe Hotel in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad and also a 120 Room Boutique Business Hotel in Jubilee Hills.

The hotels will be operated on franchise model by MAK Hotels & Resorts under the brand name “Blue Lotus”.
